About Lee S. Holtzman:


Lee is a Member of the Firm and is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of property tax litigation, from initial client contact through post-trial appeals; Coordination and preparation of expert witnesses, depositions, motions and trials before Tax Court of New Jersey. Specifically, Lee has been and continues to be involved in many complex property tax issues. These issues range from, but are not limited to, property tax abatements and exemptions as well as matters involving N.J.S.A. 54:4-34, otherwise known as Chapter 91 demands. See J & J Realty Co. v. Twp. of Wayne, 22 N.J. Tax 157 (Tax 2005).

    In addition to handling property tax appeals, Lee represents clients on other real estate valuation issues as well as commercial landlords involved in landlord tenant disputes.
