About Jonathan M. Bernstein:


Jonathan is an Associate with Schneck Holtzman LLC.  Prior to joining the firm, he served a one-year clerkship to the Honorable Vito L. Bianco in the Tax Court of New Jersey.  While in law school, Jonathan served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable R. Guy Cole in the United State Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, was a Managing Editor of the Official Journal of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution as well an Executive Board Member of the Business Law Society.  In addition, Jonathan was a member of the National Moot Court Team and an Executive Justice of the Moot Court Governing Board.  At his law school's graduation ceremony, Jonathan was recognized with the George R. Beneman Award for "Outstanding Performance in the Moot Court Program."
